🎬 Digital Product Policy
Since our services involve digital content and promotional services, we follow a strict no-refund policy under the following conditions:
- Once a promotion package is activated and the short film has been listed or promoted.
- If your video content has already been published on our platform or shared with partners.
- For incomplete information or missed deadlines caused by the user.
💡 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate payments made unintentionally.
- Technical issues from our side causing failure to publish within 7 working days.
- Unused services cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
📩 Refund Process
To request a refund, please email us at support@shortfundly.com with:
- Your payment receipt
- Film/project name
- Reason for requesting a refund
We will respond within 5–7 business days.
🔒 Payment Dispute
Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first may lead to account suspension.

- Custom marketing & influencer packages
- Press release or external distribution services
- Third-party monetization plans
