1) Scope

This Shipping Policy explains how delivery works for products and services purchased via the Shortfundly Festival platform, including (a) digital submissions, (b) e-tickets/passes/registrations, and (c) any add-on digital items (collectively, “Digital Goods”). We generally do not ship physical items. If a Festival or partner offers physical merchandise, the “Physical Merchandise” section below applies.

2) Digital Goods Delivery

  • Delivery Method: Instant digital fulfillment to your Shortfundly account and/or to the email address provided at checkout.
  • Order Confirmation: A confirmation screen is shown after a successful payment. We also send a confirmation email with details such as submission ID, event info, and/or e-ticket access instructions.
  • Accessing Tickets/Passes: E-tickets/passes are available in your Shortfundly account dashboard (and/or via email link or QR code). Bring a valid ID if the Festival requires attendee verification.
  • Processing Time: Most orders are fulfilled instantly. In rare cases (e.g., anti-fraud checks, payment processor delays), fulfillment may take longer. You will be notified if we need additional verification.
  • Failed/Delayed Delivery: If you do not receive your confirmation within a few minutes, check spam/junk folders and verify the email on your account. If still missing, contact support@shortfundly.com with your transaction reference.
  • Festival-Managed Deliveries: Some Festivals may issue credentials directly (e.g., venue pickup, separate QR). In those cases, follow the instructions provided by the Festival on the event page or confirmation email.

3) Fees & Taxes

  • Shipping Fees: Not applicable for Digital Goods.
  • Taxes/Charges: Applicable taxes, gateway charges, or platform fees (if any) are shown at checkout before payment.

4) Geographic Availability

Digital delivery is available globally, subject to applicable laws, card network rules, and Festival restrictions. Certain events may be geo-restricted or limited by local regulations or licensing; any such limitations will be noted on the event page where possible.

5) Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Edits: Submission details can sometimes be updated until a Festival’s stated lock date. See the event page for rules.
  • Cancellations/Refunds: Refunds for submission fees and tickets are governed by the respective Festival’s policy. Please review the event’s refund terms. Where Shortfundly offers optional protections (e.g., “Ticket Protection” or “Submission Protection”), those terms will appear at checkout and in your receipt.
  • Event Changes: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the Festival will communicate next steps. Delivery of updated credentials (if any) will follow the same digital methods described above.

6) Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address and securing access to your Shortfundly account. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by filters, typos, full mailboxes, or disabled/incorrect emails.

7) Physical Merchandise (If Applicable)

We primarily deliver Digital Goods. If a Festival or partner lists physical merchandise (e.g., souvenirs), the following applies unless the seller’s page states otherwise:

  • Carriers & Timeframes: Shipped via standard carriers with estimated delivery windows shown at checkout. Tracking will be provided when available.
  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service.
  • Customs & Duties: International orders may incur duties/taxes payable by the recipient and are not controlled by Shortfundly.
  • Delivery Issues: Report lost/damaged items within 7 days of the last tracking scan or expected delivery date. Provide photos for damage claims where possible.
  • Returns: See the seller/Festival’s return policy on the product page or contact support for guidance.

If you have not received your digital confirmation or believe there is a delivery issue, contact us with your payment reference and event name at support@shortfundly.com.

9) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy to reflect platform or legal changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice.
